Our Story

We founded the company in late 2016 because we were frustrated with the way good ideas are found into intelllectual property.

Companies captured inventions by making inventors fill out forms, use basic software, or sit down for interviews with attorneys. We found that inventors hate invention disclosure forms, even when they are web-based. Often inventors do not fill them out correctly (or at all). This massively increases the cost of innovation and slows down time to market as attorneys need to meet with inventors again and again to finalize the contents of the disclosure. At the other end moment. This means that somee ideas are lost before they've been fully explored - that's money left on the table.

Responsive AI-powered software provides the remedy to both these problems. It's engaging for the inventor, accessible anywhere at any time, and scalable for the IP and R&D departments. We have found that by using our system, companies can increase the number of quality ideas that inventors submit, retain top-quality inventors, speed up the route to market, and cut down on how many R&D dollars are spent on reinventing the wheel.
